It quickly and precisely seals insulating glass panes with 90° angles, shaped glass and even structural glass.
Our Vega robot is a fully automatic single-head sealing robot, designed for medium and high insulating glass production.
It is composed of two conveyors and a central axis on which the mobile sealing unit is installed; it’s equipped with electronical and mechanical systems, controlled by a multi-axis software managed by an industrial computer.
