Itech provides an “optical comparator / scanner” that instantly identifies defects such as scratches, stains, micro-cracks, spots, inclusions and bubbles which provides an infallible quality control system for product confidence of our customers.
Through the specific graphic interface the customer can change both the classification and defect identification parameters.
The system is mainly composed of an illuminator installed in the front part of the line,a camera support positioned at the rear of the line to minimize the bulk during normal work phases and a compact and movable display station generally positioned near the frame installation location to make the various checks easier for the operator.
