Itech horizontal washing machines are designed to meet the needs of small, medium and large glass factories that perform various types of processing on flat glass.
These machines are designed for both fixed and flexible production and can be positioned before hardening furnaces, painting systems or after double-sided grinders.
They consist of an infeed area with PVC-coated rolls, a washing section with cylindrical brushes and independent tanks, a drying section with 4 blowers and an outfeed area with the last non-motorized idle roll.
All parts in contact with water are in stainless steel.
