Our Coupling Press with Gas Injection is the evolution of our Panel Press.
It is designed for the automatic and safe insertion of gas into the glass.
Our panel press with gas consists of a conveyor for quality control (with neon/LED lights) and profile application, an inlet conveyor, a coupling station and an outlet conveyor .
Completely made of painted steel, it can also be combined according to the customer’s requirements.
The gas is inserted through a nebulization system that reduces gas losses while maintaining the correct filling level for double and triple glazing.
Upon request, we can supply the machine with the automatic structural glass pressing system and / or double pressing (to press double glass units with a length bigger than the press in two stages).
