We produce the Automatic Dessicant Filler supplied with a 35kg capacity hopper for medium-high production glass factories. The drilling of the profile takes place through a tip while the dessicant injection takes place by pressure. The perfect filling of the frame is guaranteed by an electronic control system and a safety system that detects the lack of dessicant and alarms stopping the work cycles as well as closing the butyl.
According to the size and thickness of the profile the head of the Automatic Dessicant Filler moves to the correct position through a pneumatic movement.
In addition our Automatic Dessicant Filler is designed to work with steel profiles.
